Cancellation Policy
Air-Inclusive Packages (Flight + Hotel)

On or before September 28, 2026 (4+ days prior to departure):
$100 per person cancellation fee plus any applicable airline and supplier penalties. -
September 30, 2026 through October 3, 2026 (3 days or less before departure):
100% nonrefundable.
Basic Economy airline tickets are nonchangeable and nonrefundable once ticketed.

What’s included in the package price? | The package price includes roundtrip airfare (for selected departure cities), accommodations at the all-inclusive resort, and roundtrip private airport transfers. Optional excursions and activities are not included and may be added separately based on your interests. |
| 2. Does the deposit go toward the total cost? | Yes. The $250 per person deposit is applied toward your total package cost. Final payment is due August 7, 2026. |

What does "all-inclusive" actually mean? | “All-inclusive” means: Unlimited food at all restaurants on the property Unlimited drinks – including cocktails, wine, and premium spirits (no drink tickets or limits) Snacks, room service, and poolside service Daily activities, entertainment, resort parties, and lounges included No need to pull out your wallet every time you eat or drink Only upgrades like spa treatments, private dinners, or certain premium wine lists may have extra costs. |
| 4. Are tips included at an all-inclusive resort? | Basic gratuities are included, but bringing small bills ($1s and $5s) is great for showing love to bartenders and servers for faster refills and VIP-style service. |
| 5. What happens if I need to cancel? | If you need to cancel, penalties will apply based on the supplier’s policy and the timing of your cancellation. Air-inclusive packages canceled within 3 days of departure are 100% nonrefundable, and Basic Economy tickets are typically nonchangeable and nonrefundable.
