Cancellation Policy:

• Grace Period (Booking ≥ 121 days before sailing):

  • Within 7 days of booking → Full refund on deposit and payments.

  • After 7 days but still ≥ 120 days out → Deposit converts to Future Voyage Credit; other payments fully refundable.

• 119 to 45 days before sailing:

  • Choose one of:

    • Future Voyage Credit (valid for 1 year)

    • Change to a new sailing date (within 1 year)

    • Name change on reservation (up to 48 hours before sailing)

    • File insurance claim (if coverage was purchased)

• 44 days before sailing (and beyond):

  • All funds become non-refundable.

  • Transfers or sale of your spot permitted up to 48 hours before departure.

• Additional Notes:

  • Cancellations are effective upon receipt of notice (by 11:59 p.m. ET).

  • Taxes and fees are refunded to the original payment method.

  • Individual cabin cancellations may affect pricing or concessions.

  • Insurance claims applicable based on travel protection purchased.
